The interior and theme of the bar changes from time to time to fit either the current season or a holiday celebrated in modern day Earth (or any of the other employee's worlds, if they so wish). The food and drinks also changes with the themes but there are some that are always the same.

The karaoke bar has a 18+ sign outside only during very late evenings and on special occasions. Employees can also be underage as long as they don't handle alcoholic drinks and leave work before 10 pm.
