Ren has a penthouse with three bedrooms (one for himself, one of any guests and one dedicated to dancing and is otherwise just a space he can modify to anything he wants). He also has two bathrooms and a giant balcony, as well as a nice living room and a kitchen.
All of the bedrooms are located upstairs while everything else is downstairs.
