You could almost say Shining made it happen, but trust me he didn't. It depends on each person. I've been here the longest. Haruka, Shinomiya and Kurusu came around the same time. Hijirikawa after them. Ichinose and Ittoki just a few weeks ago. ... time works differently here, as I've been around for almost a year already.
