Do these stores sell medicine for people or what should I do when my head feels like it will explode?
[Action]
[There's one (1) Team Rocket member suffering from pain in the Rocket HQ. He seems to be having a headache almost as bad as a Psyduck has... Ren's not too happy so approaching him might not be adviced... unless, you know, you're a girl... or he knows you.
Alternatively you can also meet Ren sitting on a bench in Goldenrod City, but the same conditions should be met here. He's still not happy, since fresh air isn't helping at all.]

So when Gorthan meets Ren in one of the corridors, all it takes is one look for him to realize they're on the same boat.]
Ren. [He nods briefly in greeting.]
There should be a supply of relevant medicine in the labs which I am authorized to access. Shall we go get it?
no subject
Good thing he's managed to at least get someone he can talk to... and apparently get help from. So he'll smile slightly, even if he's not in the mood for smiles.]
I would really appreciate that, Gorthan.
no subject
Follow me.
[He will lead Ren through a few long corridors, until they reach the communal labs. A lot of weird things are going on in every corner, and it's generally best to not pay attention to them if you have a conscience. Like Gorthan does. Speaking of Gorthan, he seems to have a bit of an effect on the scientists in the room. Notably, since he came in, they've all lowered their voices, and they sometimes shift their attention away from what they're doing to eye Gorthan fearfully. The man has a bit of an authority here, that much is clear. But he doesn't seem interested in any of their surroundings, instead heading to one of the cabinets. He opens it to retrieve the medicine he had in mind.]
Here you go. I know the symptoms are bad, but don't take any more than the recommended dosage. I don't know how these chemicals could react with a regressing mutation, and while I'd like to know, I'm quite sure you would not.
no subject
Thank you. I'm sure it would be interesting, but you're quite right that I wouldn't really like to try.
no subject
How is this world welcoming you, Ren? Were you able to find an instrument like the one you had?
[He doubts that that's the case, given the recent chaos, but he will ask regardless.]
no subject
It's been fine, apart from all the chaos that's been going on. Because of that I haven't really been able to look around that much.
[While his powers were only level two, he didn't want to go around in stores and levitate objects... that would have been rather suspicious, after all.]
Once this phase goes, I'll get a better look at things.

[Gorthan will lead Ren to a common room he likes, one where they can be pretty much alone. On the way there, he fetches a glass of water and offers it to Ren, just in case he wants to take the medicine now.]
Ren, will you tell me of your world? I promise to do the same, if you are interested.
no subject
Hmm... I'm not sure if there's much to tell about it. It's a pretty normal place with humans and "normal" animals. The cities look a bit like the one we're in now, though there are usually more buildings than this. Technology is around the same, too, even if we have more vehicles around and more advanced computers, from what I've seen.
Of course if you have something particular you're interested in, I can discuss that, but otherwise it's not all that interesting.
no subject
[He gestures for Ren to sit on one of the chairs. Gorthan himself will be doing the same - his own headaches are pretty bad, but as he suggested earlier, he's being very cautious with what he's taking.]
Many people, a lot of them around your age, are lost upon arriving here. They will search for any fragment that will anchor them to their world of origin, and become strongly attached to people who come from the same world as they do, or even from worlds that merely resemble it in some way. I, myself, am an example of this.
[He's not going to directly mention Minnie, but...]
You, Ren, fascinate me, because that is not what you seem to be doing. Instead, in spite of your present predicament, you seem to have adapted surprisingly quickly to your new circumstances. I may have gotten the wrong impression, obviously. Do correct me if I am wrong.
no subject
[He's sitting down though, since it feels slightly better than standing. He's also listening to what Gorthan's saying... and then he smiles a little.]
I may seem like that, but it's still hard waking up and realizing yesterday wasn't a dream. I'm just trying my best not to think about the situation too much so I won't lose my cool too badly. If I'd panic, I'd just make things worse... so it's best to do all I can to just remain calm.
I guess I should be grateful for being in Team Rocket in that manner. I wouldn't have probably been able to keep my cool too well while traveling. At least here I have a place I can return to, if I feel like I need some time to be alone.
no subject
Why is keeping your cool so important to you? Because, listening to you, it truly seems to be all you think about. What is it about spontaneity that you find so repulsive?
no subject
It's not like I hate the thought, it's just that I choose to not do it until I really have to.
[So far so good. He's had it pretty easy.]
