♪5 | video/action for Goldenrod City + Rocket Feed video

[The feed this time has Ren sitting on a bench in Goldenrod City. There are three Houndour eggs, wrapped in a blanket, next to him and a Houndoom sitting behind the bench.]

Pokémon really seem to like surprises. I came back to my room today to find some eggs. [A surprise he didn't really want to happen, but such is life.]

So, if anyone's interested in getting a Houndour egg for free, here's your chance. Just contact me and we'll talk about it.

[It's as simple as that, isn't it? Though he's not sure how he'll deliver the eggs anywhere, but he'd think of something.

He doesn't have anything else to say for now, so he'll end the video here this time.]

[Sometime later, once he's back at the base, there's a video for the Rocket channels.]

I've been thinking of leaving the base for a while to challenge the gyms in nearby cities. [Wait, what... Ren's actually going to travel and battle? That's unheard of.] Do you need to get some sort of a permission to do that or do I just inform someone I'm ending my current mission for a while?

[He doesn't really want to get into any trouble when he's already walking on thin ice, so he thought it would be good to ask.]

I've read about those creatures; rather violent, horrible things.

Yes. It's a rather interesting Pokémon. [Mainly because his Houndoom isn't either. Then again it's probably because Ren hasn't raised her like that.

Now he's a bit unsure about giving Kato any Pokémon because of what happened that one time... but it would also probably be good to give him an egg. Plus he knows for a fact that Houndours are rather strong, so it would be fine...]

If I were you, I'd request permission from a sssuperior. I've never heard of anyone having trouble with such requests being granted, so it should be a rather sssimple process.

[Or Ren could be like Cobra and dump his workload on an assistant and send Pokemon to Team Rocket so they don't get mad.]

[The Rockets and their Houndours. Once again, Ren's not too sure if he likes the idea of Cobra having one, but Pokémon were pretty good at taking care of themselves. Besides, it didn't seem like Cobra treated his own Pokémon too badly.]

Cherrygrove City. If it's too much trouble to travel back where I am, I heard you can just put the egg in the PC and I can retrieve it a the Pokemon Center.

That's more convenient than traveling the whole distance. [The egg would hatch during the trip, he doesn't really know how to get to Cherrygrove since he's never been there and he's lazy. All good points to consider.] I'll use that method, then.

[Gorthan smiles warmly into the feed. Behind him are a meadow and a whole lot of trees from the routes north of Goldenrod. He has his Ditto on his shoulder, his Umbreon on his lap and looks quite content.]

Congratulations on your eggs, Ren. And I wish you the best of luck on your journey. You should inform your superior, at the very least as a gesture of respect, but I doubt they'll stop you. After all, they did not stop me.

[Hey, Ren, a little Houndour is walking to you ...It looks curious at first and even acts like a real dog for a sec while it's sniffing your legs. A girl's voice can be heard somewhere near, but you can't see the girl yet. Anyway, the voice makes the Pokémon laugh a bit and it transforms into a Houndoom, trying to look as if it belongs to you too!

And right on that moment, a Poochyena arrives to the scene too. This one looks like she wants to fight, except Argentum is really just angry at the Zorua.]

[Pokémon running on their own isn't all that surprising. However, a Houndour suddenly changing into a Houndoom without evolutionary light? Surprising.

Ren notices the Poochyena around the same time he noticed even more dog-like Pokémon coming this way. Was he some kind of a dog magnet?

Though he does notice Winry as well. Oh good, they weren't wild Pokémon. He smiles.]

I managed to finish my message just before they arrived, so there's nothing to worry about.

[The Houndoom looks a little defensive though, since there's a lot of Pokémon and she's the only one out. What id something bad happened? Ren reaches to pet her.] Calm down. The situations isn't bad.
