[The feed this time has Ren sitting on a bench in Goldenrod City. There are three Houndour eggs, wrapped in a blanket, next to him and a Houndoom sitting behind the bench.]

Pokémon really seem to like surprises. I came back to my room today to find some eggs. [A surprise he didn't really want to happen, but such is life.]

I've been thinking of leaving the base for a while to challenge the gyms in nearby cities. [Wait, what... Ren's actually going to travel and battle? That's unheard of.] Do you need to get some sort of a permission to do that or do I just inform someone I'm ending my current mission for a while?

[He doesn't really want to get into any trouble when he's already walking on thin ice, so he thought it would be good to ask.]

Not very long - my partner and I have actually just set out on our journey. But tell me of you, Ren. What are the places you wish to see?

Well, I've never been able to witness the routes you normally need to travel, so I'm a bit curious in seeing what's out there myself. [Well, that's not entirely true. He could live his whole life without knowing anything about it. It's just that he needs to be prepared to run if the time comes and then it's good to know where you can go.] Otherwise I'm not sure. I rather like it in Goldenrod.

What about you?

We're en route to Ecruteak City. I have visited the ancient capital before, but I cannot wait to see it again. Beautiful streets, memorable landmarks... and I have a few friends there, as well.

Is there a particular city that you're raring to witness with your own eyes?

[Ecruteak. Wasn't someone else from Team Rocket headed there as well? Though he was supposed to leave some time ago, so maybe it's just a coincidence.]

I've heard a lot of good things about Violet City, but I also think Olivine might be a sight to see. It's been a while since I've seen the ocean, after all.

[Gorthan nods slowly.]

I, too, desire to see the ocean from Olivine. The place I am from... is devoid of the beauty of blue seas. Do you like the ocean, too, Ren?

It's not my most favorite thing, but I do like going to it every now and then. Especially in the summer.
